Meetings take place the first Sunday of every month (It may change on occasion). Meetings begin at 6:00 pm in the evening and last on average 2 hours. The meetings will be both in person and over zoom for those who can’t attend. A guest speaker is invited to present at each meeting, followed by a Q&A session. The location and time may change and will be posted on the event page.
Our Chapter founder and President is David Asselin founder at Inspect Canada, serving the Vancouver Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. The Chapter President organizes and conducts all meetings and events unless another Chapter member has been designated by the President to do so. David can be reached at david at inspect dot ca or by phone/text at 778-683-7147. Feel free to contact us for more information, and be sure to check the "Chapter Events" link for specific monthly meeting information.
There are currently no dues or fees of any kind for Chapter members or non-members. In addition, InterNACHI members qualify for 1 continuing education credit for each meeting hour, which is a great benefit considering the annual 24 CE requirement for Certified Inspectors. There are no set rules or policies for meetings, but attendees are obviously expected to act with professionalism and courtesy (no profanity, inappropriate gestures, etc).
