Attention Central Texas Home Inspectors!
The Central Texas Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) invites you to join us for our upcoming November chapter meeting!
Date: Thursday, November 12, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: MasFajitas Mexican Restaurant – Temple, Texas
Guest Speaker: Robert Price – Lomanco Vents
Proper roof and attic ventilation plays a critical role in the performance, energy efficiency, and longevity of a home. As home inspectors, understanding ventilation requirements, installation practices, and common deficiencies is essential to providing thorough and accurate inspections.
Robert Price with Lomanco Vents will provide an informative presentation covering roof and attic ventilation systems, including ventilation principles, common installation concerns, and the importance of proper airflow.
This will be an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge, ask questions, and gain valuable insight from an industry professional.
Whether you're a seasoned inspector or just getting started in the profession, we encourage you to attend.
Our chapter meetings are an opportunity to:
Expand your technical knowledge and inspection skills.
Network with fellow home inspectors throughout Central Texas.
Discuss industry trends, inspection challenges, and best practices.
Help strengthen and grow our local InterNACHI chapter.
InterNACHI members and nonmembers are welcome!
We encourage you to invite a fellow inspector and help us continue building an active, supportive professional community here in Central Texas.
We look forward to seeing everyone on November 12th!
