The North Central Florida InterNACHI® Chapter connects home inspectors, builders, and allied pros to raise the bar for quality and consumer trust across North Central Florida. Founded in Ocala by Scott Zellak, a licensed Florida home inspector, mold assessor, and mold remediation contractor. As an InterNACHI® member, a Certified Master Inspector (CMI), and active FHBA/NAHB collaborator, author, and Co-Chair for the 7th Edition of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Residential Construction Performance Guidelines (RCPG), the chapter spotlights practical training, Florida-specific risk and warranty issues, moisture/mold and storm-resilience best practices, and ethical, defensible reporting. We host meetups, hands-on demos, and guest talks that turn standards into day-to-day field wins.
