We are the Orange County Chapter of InterNACHI®, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. We are dedicated to staying informed about all issues regarding the home inspection industry.
Monthly meetings will be held the third Wednesday of every month to discuss topics related to running a home inspection business, including marketing, brand development, social media, the local real estate market, HVAC, electrical, structural, roofing, radon, mold, plumbing, drones, safety, and many others. Vendors and speakers will be brought in for additional information and training.
All InterNACHI® members are eligible for one hour of Continuing Education credit for attending a monthly meeting. This is important to comply with InterNACHI's membership requirement that all members must complete 24 CEs each year.
In order to join the the Orange County Chapter, you must be an InterNACHI® home inspector. However, our meeting is open to all people interested in the real estate industry. Property inspectors, Realtors, contractors, and prospective property inspectors can gain much useful information by attending on a regular basis.
Be sure to check the "Chapter Events" link for information on specific monthly meetings.
If you wish to become a member of our chapter or if you have any questions or comments, please contact the Chapter Founder.
