The SoCal Mountain Community InterNACHI Chapter was created to unite home inspectors, real estate agents, contractors, trades, and industry partners serving Southern California’s mountain communities.

Our Mission

• Expand local collaboration between property professionals
• Deliver mountain-focused continuing education and training
• Promote high standards in building science and inspection practices
• Build a trusted local referral network for inspectors and contractors

Inaugural Chapter Meeting Recap

Our first official chapter meeting was held on December 3, 2025 at Summit Church, Big Bear Lake, California.

The event marked the beginning of a growing professional network built for our region’s unique inspection needs.
