120-Hour Pre-Licensing Class: $1,375:

The total cost of the 40-hour classroom pre-licensing course is $1,375. The training class includes:

40 hours of live classroom training at the InterNACHI House of Horrors at PRO-LAB Headquarters in Weston, FL (view the House of Horrors Class Schedule);
printed home inspection textbooks.

To complete the 120-hour training program you will need to finish 80 hours of online education by becoming a member of InterNACHI.

After completing InterNACHI's 120-hour training course you may take the state exam at one of our testing centers at some other time (for a fee).

Step #2:

Purchase the 40-hour class

Step #3:

Complete the 80 hours of online courses (you can take them before, during, and after the 40-hour class).

Step #4:

Attend the 40-hour class you chose.

Step #5:

Pass the state exam.

Final Certificate of Completion

After completing all of the courses (above), go to your members-only account and click on the "Pre-Licensing" tool to download your final certificate of completion.

If you've passed the Florida proctored state exam with InterNACHI, members can download the certificate for the proctored exam by going to their members-only account and clicking on the "Education Log" tool, then clicking on "View Exam Sessions & Certificates".

If you've passed the Florida proctored state exam with InterNACHI, and you're not a member, email m oranda@internachi.org the exam session code and request the exam's Certificate of Completion. This exam certificate must be submitted to the state.
