InterNACHI® Meets with Ohio Legislators About Home Inspector Licensing
 
COLUMBUS, Ohio (Sept. 12, 2017) -- InterNACHI® General Counsel Mark Cohen has been in Ohio all week meeting with state legislators regarding home inspector licensing.

As the largest home inspector association in Ohio, as well as in the U.S., InterNACHI® is seeking to have its Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics recognized.
 
InterNACHI® is also lobbying for its online Continuing Education to be treated the same as live, in-person Continuing Education.  (The many benefits of online education can be read here.
 
InterNACHI® is also seeking to have its Online Inspector Exam recognized.
 
Additionally, the Master Inspector Certification Board is requesting to have all Certified Master Inspectors® grandfathered.
 
InterNACHI® Founder and MICB Executive Director Nick Gromicko is also meeting with Ohio Governor John Kasich's staff about these items.
