Hampton Roads Chapter meeting Wednesday, March 10th, 2004 in Newport News Virginia

Wednesday, March 10th, at 6:00pm in Newport News, Virginia ...be there!

EVERYONE is cordially invited to the Hampton Roads Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Wednesday, March 10th at 6:00pm.  New and veteran home inspectors, as well as members of all other associations, are all welcome-you need not be a member of InterNACHI.  Anyone interested in home inspections can attend.  Dress casual if you like, as our meetings are informal and fun, the way they should be.  Spouses welcome.  Come hungry!

This meeting is FREE and open to all.

Nick Gromicko, Director of InterNACHI will discuss: 

  • Marketing your home inspection service to real estate agents.
  • Raising your prices when your competition charges less.
  • Converting every call into a scheduled inspection.

Kenny Hart, home inspection industry speaker and trainer will discuss:

  • Water heaters, general inspection techniques,trouble-shooting for the advanced inspector.


Fred Simmermon, former inspector member on the regulation writing committee and currently serving on the Virginia Association of Real Estate Inspectors Board will discuss:

  • Virginia home inspector certification.
