This training will highlight some of the biological hazards facing home inspectors that inspect homes with wildlife damage. The training will discuss awareness and safety to prevent contracting a zoonotic disease (wildlife-borne). Inspectors will also learn classic signs left by animals and how animal damage can pose significant challenges for home owners.
