Welcome to the InterNACHI® Singapore Chapter
The InterNACHI® Singapore Chapter is the Singapore chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®).
Our mission is to advance professional property inspection in Singapore through education, certification, continuing professional development, technical knowledge, ethical practice, and member support.
The Chapter serves professional inspectors involved in residential and commercial property inspection, including newly completed properties, resale properties, rental properties, and other building-inspection assignments.
Founded in 2022 by Dr. Hao Junbao, CPI, IAC2, the InterNACHI® Singapore Chapter supports the professional development of inspectors and promotes good inspection practice within Singapore's built environment.
As an InterNACHI chapter, members have access to professional education, certification resources, technical training, continuing education, and opportunities for professional交流 and collaboration.
The Chapter also promotes greater public understanding of independent property inspection and its role in identifying observable building defects, component deficiencies, maintenance concerns, and potential safety issues.
Chapter members may benefit from access to InterNACHI education and certification programs, professional training resources, local workshops and technical activities, networking opportunities, inspector-directory resources, and continuing professional development.
Use of InterNACHI® and Chapter logos, certifications, designations, and other membership benefits remains subject to the applicable InterNACHI membership, branding, certification, and licensing requirements.
The InterNACHI® Singapore Chapter Knowledge Repository is a curated digital repository established to preserve and disseminate professional and technical knowledge relating to building inspection and the built environment.
The Repository includes or may include technical publications, practice guides, research papers, case studies, educational resources, CPD materials, conference contributions, and consumer information relating to property inspection, building defects, diagnostics, construction technology, safety, maintenance, and professional practice.

Dr. Hao Junbao, CPI, IAC2
Founding President
Dr. Hao Junbao is the Founding President of the InterNACHI® Singapore Chapter and a director of Le Management (2011) Pte Ltd. He holds a PhD from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and has more than 20 years of professional experience in construction, property assessment, inspection, and related built-environment activities. He also holds professional designations including Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and IAC2 credentials.
