The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Singapore Chapter is the only organization in Singapore dedicated solely to the training, education, and support of those providing time-of-sale inspection of residential and commercial properties. As a result, buyers who choose our members enjoy the professionalism that only InterNACHI-certified inspectors can provide!
Our members provide inspection services of newly TOP homes, resale homes, or rented homes. Inspections are designed to identify home system and component defects, and safety hazards.
All our members have completed InterNACHI Singapore’s stringent online Inspector Entrance Examination, have completed courses on and abide by our Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, and must meet our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. Our mission is to protect consumers. Our goal is to provide this protection by ensuring that members are qualified, by unifying the services rendered through a Standards of Practice, and by providing them with high-quality training and education.
