The state-approved Continuing Education courses and classes are free and online to all licensed real estate agents:

Step #1: Agent creates a free account.
You'll be asked to create a desired username and password.
Step #2: Agent logs into the course.
Log into the course with your username and password you created in Step #1. Choose the course. Log in. You may optionally enter an InterNACHI® Inspector's ID #. For example, "NACHI97010101" without the quotes.
