InterNACHI Walk-Through Agreement

Use this Agreement to conduct a walk-through with a client who does not (at this point) want a full home or commercial property inspection. A walk-through is less formal and does not require the inspector to adhere to a Standards of Practice or generate a written report. His or her observations about the property are communicated orally to the client.

Even though a walk-through is more informal, this Agreement will protect you from liability, just as InterNACHI's Home Inspection Agreement does (or by using InterNACHI's Online Agreement System).
