COURSE OBJECTIVE:
 
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
  • APPLY the best non-invasive, visual-only inspection techniques (which are taught in the course);
  • INSPECT, DESCRIBE AND IDENTIFY the HVAC systems using normal operating controls;
  • write a REPORT identifying material defects observed; and
  • properly inspect an HVAC system, including system and component identification, operation cycle, inspection procedures, suggested report narratives and language, and defect-recognition techniques.
  • The student will also follow along with a Certified Master Inspector® performing several inspections on actual HVAC systems.
