This course is designed to discuss and learn how to complete the
NEW OIR 1802 Wind Mitigation Form Effective 4/1/2026.
Learn all about the development of this form and how it should be completed as intended for accuracy. This class also includes a brief history of the form. Many photo examples will be provided to enhance detail explanation of potential scenarios that inspectors could run into on a day to day basis.

1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Simpson Strong Tie Presentation - Product demo/sharing, proper installation of retrofit connectors and possible coming updates to the RTW section of the 1802.
