AlbertaACHI's Home Inspection Demo is back again for 2026!
We welcome all experienced inspectors as well as new inspectors as we review the methodology of a home inspection. We will conduct a physical examination of a home and discuss proper ways to document our findings in a written report following the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. There will be open discussion throughout.
Learn how to inspect different areas of the house and learn how to inspect it so you don't have clients calling you back because there is a better way to inspect .
It looks like we maybe having Danny Paiement from Pro Drain Techs/Pro Drain Academy back to give us a little demo on how to perform a sewer scope and some of the doe's and don't when you are doing your scopes.
