The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors – InterNACHI® – is a membership trade organization of residential and commercial property inspectors (view our membership map). InterNACHI® is a federally tax-exempt, 501(c)(6) non-profit organization headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. InterNACHI® School (internachi.edu) is accredited as a tuition-free, online post-secondary educational institution by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET), a national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), to provide training, examination, certification, and continuing education to InterNACHI® members. All online and free. InterNACHI® School is also a Member College of the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC) of Canada, a national association representing more than 500 regulated colleges across Canada. InterNACHI® School is the only home inspector college.
