Free, online pre-licensing program
Insurance for Inspectors
To be a licensed home inspector in Delaware, individuals must meet certain requirements for adequate insurance coverage. InterNACHI members are eligible for discounts and enhanced coverage. Visit nachi.org/insurance for information on how to sign up.
Radon Tester Certification
Although there are no Louisiana state regulations for naturally occurring radon, the state refers the public to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines on radon and indoor air quality. Visit the Louisiana website for details.
NRPP:

NRSB:

Wood Destroying Organisms
Per Louisiana "Title 7
AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Part XXV. Structural Pest Control, Chapter 1 Structural Pest Control Commission" §121-
A wood destroying insect report shall be issued by a person who is licensed by the commission in termite control or a certified WDIR technician who is working under the supervision of a person who is licensed by the commission in termite control. InterNACHI's Wood-Destroying Organism Inspection course is currently not approved with the state of Louisiana.
Please refer to the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry website for more details. InterNACHI's Wood-Destroying Organisms (WDO) Inspection Course may be a beneficial education tool for those looking to become licensed.
