The marketing cards provide simple instructions for California real estate agents to take free, online Continuing Education courses to help renew their real estate licenses. 


Home inspectors can give these cards to real estate agents as part of a marketing and networking strategy. When an agent enters the InterNACHI® member's ID #, the member is automatically notified by email, and the first page of the online course displays the member's contact information.

California Radon Certification & CE (online & free for members):

According to California regulations, no person may provide radon services for the general public, or represent or advertise that he or she may provide radon services unless that person successfully completes a National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) or National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) certification program. And persons certified to provide radon services must complete a National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) certification program every two years after initial certification. For details, visit California's website. InterNACHI's free, online "Advanced Radon Measurement Service Provider Course is approved by NRPP, AARST, NRSB, ICC and IAC2.

InterNACHI's free, online "Advanced Radon Measurement Service Provide Course" is AARST-NRPP approved for both initial certification and Continuing Education. To complete all components of the NRPP Radon Certification, please visit their site for more information.

Wood-Destroying Organism Inspection (free & online for members)

The California Department of Pesticide Regulation requires that inspectors be licensed by the state for pest inspections. InterNACHI's Wood-Destroying Organism Inspection Course is approved for continuing education credit.

The Roof Data Technician Program, developed by InterNACHI and Owens Corning and Lowe's, provides an additional revenue stream for InterNACHI members who are hired by Owens Corning as part of a roof warranty claim resolution process.
