Insurance for Home Inspectors

To Renew a Home Inspector License in Alaska

To renew a home inspector license in Alaska, licensed home inspectors are required by the Alaska Department of Business and Professional Licensing to complete 4 hours of Continuing Education every calendar year. They must renew their license every two years and have taken at least 8 hours of CE.  Visit Alaska's website for details.

Radon Tester Certification in Alaska (free & online for members)

       
Although there are no state regulations for radon testing in Alaska, the state recommends to the public the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines for testing. Visit the Alaska website for details.
NRPP:

Alaska Division of Agriculture does not currently have regulations for structural pest inspections. Alaska Division of Agriculture has approved InterNACHI's free, online Wood-Destroying Organism Inspection Course.
